The McCormick Scottsdale is seeking a qualified Housekeeping Manager to lead our guest-focused team and uphold the highest cleanliness standards in a resort setting. You will oversee daily operations, develop procedures, and train staff to ensure safety and service excellence.

Qualifications

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision.

• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, including industrial cleaning and floor care
• Previous experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with staff, customers, and other departments
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards, knowledge of custodial equipment and supplies
