You will lead a team, manage schedules and inventory, and uphold safety and guest service excellence. Ideal candidates bring supervisory experience, a high school diploma, and bilingual Spanish/English.

• Support safety programs, conduct training, and complete accident reports.
• Handle supply requisitions, Lost and Found, and maintain standards.
• Answer phones professionally and respond to requests promptly.
• Foster positive guest and associate relations through courteous service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What will you be doing?

• Supervise housekeeping staff and oversee daily cleaning operations.
• Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure quality and cleanliness standards.
• Assign daily work schedules and monitor room status updates.
• Manage key issuance and inventory at the start and end of shifts.
• Support safety programs, conduct training, and complete accident reports.
• Handle supply requisitions, Lost and Found, and maintain professional standards.
• Answer phones professionally and respond promptly to all requests.

What do you bring to the role?

• Previous housekeeping management and clerical experience with knowledge of all procedures.
• High school diploma required; Bi-Lingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Strong supervisory skills to develop, retain, and lead a quality team.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage staff performance.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in technology, including email, internet, and spreadsheets.
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment, materials, and safety procedures.
• Physically able to inspect all hotel areas, including standing, bending, and lifting. Dependable and reliable with the ability to work a flexible schedule based on business demands.
