Job summary

The Plymouth Building hotel in Minneapolis is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a team across guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces. You will train staff, enforce brand standards, and coordinate with maintenance to ensure top cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in hotel housekeeping with supervisory experience and familiarity with PMS systems, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support housekeeping staff during daily operations.
• Inspect guest rooms, hallways, and public areas for cleanliness and compliance with brand standards.
• Assist with training new employees on cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
• Ensure carts, closets, and supply rooms are clean, stocked, and organized.
• Address guest requests and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
• Report maintenance concerns and ensure timely follow-up.
• Monitor productivity and assist with scheduling and labor management.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, assignments, and supply usage.
• Uphold all safety, sanitation, and company policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Requirements
