Job summary

Embassy Minneapolis is seeking a PM House Attendant to support housekeeping by keeping hallways, public areas, and back-of-house spaces clean and orderly. You will deliver linens and supplies to room attendants and assist with restroom and lobby cleaning, moving furniture, and safety procedures.

The position requires attention to detail, physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and ability to work independently or as part of a team in a hotel setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles preferred.
• Hotel or hospitality experience a plus.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of hallways, elevators, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Remove trash and soiled linens from guest floors; restock linen closets as needed.
• Deliver clean linens, supplies, and amenities to room attendants.
• Clean and maintain public restrooms and lobby areas.
• Assist with moving furniture, equipment, and guest items when necessary.
• Operate housekeeping carts and equipment safely.
• Respond to guest and team requests promptly and courteously.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and company policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
