We are hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor!

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you play a key role behind the scenes guiding your team and maintaining clean, comfortable spaces that enhance every guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping, laundry, and houseperson teams to ensure quality, productivity, and standards.


• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to confirm cleanliness and brand compliance.


• Train and support team members to drive performance and consistency.


• Lead daily assignments, key control, and team readiness.


• Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns promptly.


• Monitor room status, report maintenance needs, and ensure timely room readiness.


• Maintain organized housekeeping spaces and support operations as needed.

• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
