At Hyatt, our Housekeeping Supervisor plays a vital role in delivering the exceptional service and cleanliness our guests expect.
We are seeking a motivated Housekeeping Supervisor with experience in the hospitality industry. This role is responsible for detailed room inspections, ensuring cleanliness, orderliness, and appearance standards are maintained in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-the-house areas. The role also involves mentoring colleagues, ensuring compliance with Hyatt Policies, and supporting a positive, inclusive workplace culture in line with our purpose.
Must have three years of experience in a similar position and be able to communicate in English. A self-starting personality with an even disposition is essential. Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times. Ability to communicate well with guests. Willingness to 'pitch-in' and help co-workers, being a team player. Must be able to withstand prolonged periods of standing and/or walking. Ability to lift at least 15 lbs.
Work habits should always meet and strive to exceed hotel standards for procedures, dress, grooming, punctuality, and attendance. Be adaptable to change and willing to learn new skills. Ability to solve routine problems and seek help when necessary.
Preferred to have at least one year of experience in the hotel industry or a similar position. Must acquire a Criminal Background Check and E-Verify.
Required Experience: Five years in a similar role.
Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
