At Hyatt, our Housekeeping Supervisor plays a vital role in delivering the exceptional service and cleanliness our guests expect.
We are seeking a motivated Housekeeping Supervisor with experience in the hospitality industry. This role is responsible for detailed room inspections, ensuring cleanliness, orderliness, and appearance standards are maintained in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas. The role also involves mentoring colleagues, ensuring compliance with Hyatt policies, and supporting a positive, inclusive workplace culture in line with our purpose.
Must have three years of experience in a similar position. Must be able to communicate in English. Self-starting personality with an even disposition. Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times. Good communication skills with guests. Willing to help co-workers and be a team player. Able to withstand prolonged periods of standing and/or walking. Ability to lift at least 15 lbs.
Maintain work habits that meet and exceed hotel standards for procedures, dress, grooming, punctuality, and attendance. Be adaptable to change and willing to learn new skills. Solve routine problems and ask for help when needed.
Must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. Preferred to have at least one year of experience in the hotel industry or a similar position. Will need to pass a criminal background check and E-Verify.
Required Experience: Five years in a similar role.
Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
