Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor at Peachtree Group

Job Description: The Housekeeping Supervisor will lead and inspect guest rooms to ensure they are comfortable, inviting, and clean. Responsibilities include leading, training, and supervising Room Attendants and Housepersons to deliver outstanding guest service and maintain financial profitability.

1. Lead, train, and supervise Room Attendants and Housepersons on designated floors or areas to meet cleanliness and quality standards.
2. Assess inventory, assign cleaning tasks, and inspect rooms.
3. Verify and report the status and discrepancies of rooms.
4. Monitor stock rooms, carts, and inventories.
5. Coordinate with Engineering/Property Operations for maintenance and repairs related to guest rooms and public areas.
6. Perform Room Attendant and Houseperson duties as needed.
7. Inspect 25 to 80 rooms per day.
8. Perform cleaning duties when necessary.

Physical Requirements: Ability to move and operate large objects such as carts, furniture, linen bags, vacuum cleaners, and inventory boxes. Must be able to clean rooms when required.

Skills: Knowledge of and ability to operate a computer.
