The Sunny Hotel in Sunny Isles Beach, FL, operated by Davidson Hospitality Group, seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily housekeeping operations and ensure top-tier cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

You will train staff, inspect areas, and collaborate with other departments to meet guest expectations while maintaining safety standards. This role offers growth within a respected hospitality leader.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in housekeeping or cleaning required.
• Proven supervisory or leadership experience.
• Fluent English communication (read/write/speak).
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficient with housekeeping software and systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping activities, including room cleaning, public area maintenance, and laundry operations.
• Train, motivate, and mentor the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service.
• Conduct inspections to ensure adherence to cleanliness and quality standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet guest expectations and address issues.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating staff shifts.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
• Uphold safety and sanitation standards, ensuring a healthy work environment.
