Job summary

Renaissance Orlando Resort and Spa in Lake Buena Vista, FL seeks a dynamic Housekeeping Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring pristine guest rooms and public areas while upholding brand standards in a high-energy resort environment.

You will coach housekeeping staff, coordinate with other departments, and implement trainings that drive service excellence. Marriott experience preferred; fluent English required, Spanish helpful.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
• 2 years prior housekeeping experience - Marriott experience preferred.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• The ability to communicate in Spanish is preferred.
• Knowledge of scheduling, and productivity.
• High school math level required.
