Summary:
Provide high quality, timely, professional, efficient communications between/among all our customers, internal and external in meeting our mission of providing a clean and safe environment and outstanding customer service at all times.
Responsibilities:
Patients and families, associates, other departments' personnel are served in providing our services. Performs duties and conducts interpersonal relationships in a manner designed to project a positive image of the department and hospital. Ensures that contacts with all other healthcare team members is friendly, helpful and courteous at all times.
