A leading company in hospitality is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor for Element Valley Forge. The role requires overseeing housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation, managing staff, and adhering to brand standards. Candidates should possess significant experience in hotel housekeeping and supervisory roles to maintain high operational standards.
Wurzak Hotel Group is looking for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to run the Housekeeping Department at our gorgeous property, Element Valley Forge. This position will be responsible for the planning, organization, development and direction for the overall operation of the Housekeeping Department in accordance with hotel and brand guidelines, and as directed by the General Manager, to assure that the highest degree of sanitation and cleanliness is maintained at all times.
The Company operates 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, so operational demands require variations in shift days, starting and ending times, and hours worked in a week.
The Company may consider equivalent combination of acceptable education and experience providing the knowledge, skills and abilities cited below.
