Now Hiring: Room Inspector / Housekeeping Supervisor

You are part of the Housekeeping team. As the Housekeeping Room Inspector, you ensure the cleanliness and attractive appearance of guest accommodations and public spaces in accordance with hotel standards. You inspect all rooms, report deficiencies, and ensure they are corrected. Must have basic knowledge of general cleaning principles, use of cleaning products, and operation of standard cleaning equipment. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

You collaborate with team members and other departments to meet high cleanliness and productivity standards, maintain proper working order, and enhance guest service levels.

As an inspector, you model behaviors and actions expected from your team. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, professionalism, passion for training, ability to drive productivity, and anticipation of team and guest needs—while staying calm and focused during busy periods—are critical.

You serve as a coach and mentor to your team, holding them accountable for results. You are accountable for the entire housekeeping department, supporting your team's development through onboarding, training, leadership, mentoring, performance management, and succession planning—all while meeting guest needs and company goals.
