Job summary

InnVentures is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor for Home2 Suites Daytona Beach. Lead the housekeeping team to deliver a clean, welcoming guest experience in a fast-paced hotel environment.

The role emphasizes staff training, scheduling, and collaboration with maintenance and front desk teams to uphold service standards and hotel goals at the Daytona Beach property.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience in hospitality, property management or healthcare is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand, move and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the department daily and report room status to front desk.
• Train, supervise, motivate and recognize housekeeping staff.
• Assist with laundry, inventory, ordering and scheduling.
• Inspect and clean multiple rooms daily and greet guests with a friendly smile.
• Support maintenance by reporting broken or missing items.
• Collaborate with all departments to achieve hotel goals.

Responsibilities

• Open and/or close the department each day, reporting room status to the front desk.
• Train, supervise, motivate and recognize the housekeeping staff.
• Assist with laundry operations, inventory, ordering, lost & found and scheduling.
• Inspect and/or clean multiple rooms each day.
• Greet and assist guests with a friendly smile.
• Support our maintenance team by reporting any broken, defective or missing items.
• Support the goals of the hotel through teamwork and collaboration with all departments.

Qualifications

Previous housekeeping experience in hospitality, property management or healthcare is preferred. To be successful in this role, you need strong verbal and written communication skills. This job requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 25 pounds. You must also be able to stand and walk for an entire shift and perform repetitive motions. Applicants must be available to work weekends and holidays.
