Job summary

InnVentures is seeking a Housekeeping Inspector to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet high standards. The role requires leadership in supervising staff, inspecting rooms, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for our guests.

Qualifications include prior housekeeping experience, excellent verbal and written communication, and ability to work weekends/holidays. This on-site position offers a supportive team and the opportunity to contribute to a hotel’s guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience in hospitality, property management or healthcare is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Must be able to stand and walk for an entire shift and perform repetitive motions. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the housekeeping department each day and report room status to front desk.
• Train, supervise, motivate and recognize housekeeping staff.
• Assist with laundry operations, inventory, ordering, and scheduling.
• Inspect and clean multiple rooms daily and greet guests with a friendly smile.
• Support maintenance by reporting broken or missing items and collaborate with other departments.

Qualifications

Previous housekeeping experience in hospitality, property management or healthcare is preferred. To be successful in this role, you need strong verbal and written communication skills. This job requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 25 pounds. You must also be able to stand and walk for an entire shift and perform repetitive motions. Applicants must be available to work weekends and holidays.
