ARK is seeking a Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the housekeeping team, uphold cleanliness standards, and optimize operations across the property in Colorado Springs. This role emphasizes scheduling, inventory control, and guest satisfaction, with a focus on maintaining cost efficiency while delivering a spotless guest experience.

The supervisor will coordinate with other departments and conduct regular room and public area inspections to ensure quality and consistency.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping supervisory experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with an eye for detail.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Job description

The Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor ensures that cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness are upheld across the property. This leadership role includes overseeing the housekeeping team, maintaining cost efficiency, and supporting a positive and productive work environment.

Compensation:

$19 - $20 hourly

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or supervisory experience is preferred but not required—we welcome applicants at all levels.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with an eye for detail.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
