Responsibilities:

• Oversee cleaning of resident apartments, offices, bathrooms, and common areas
• Assist in cleaning occupied and vacated residences
• Implement deep cleaning procedures
• Oversee laundry operations
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
• Interview and train staff
• Generate reports as needed
• Respond to resident concerns regarding housekeeping

Skills/Requirements:

• 2 years hospitality experience (hotel, resort, etc.)
• 6 months supervisory experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication in English
• Ability to work safely with cleaning chemicals and handle exposure to fumes, dust, pet dander
• Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl
• Occasional lifting/moving up to 30 pounds
