Schulte Hospitality Group seeks a dynamic, service-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. SHG’s mission is hospitality, respect, authenticity, and prioritizing stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Ability to exceed guests' expectations.

Responsabilidades

• Inspects all assigned suites and public areas to ensure furnishings, equipment, linens are clean and in good repair.
• Ensure all associates have proper supplies, equipment, and uniform including nametag, gloves and goggles.
• Train associates on safety standards and enforce those standards consistently; identify unsafe behaviors and retrain accordingly; complete accident investigations and take steps to prevent future accidents.
• Performs housekeeping duties including making beds, vacuuming and cleaning.
• Verifies and updates status of discrepant rooms throughout the shift.
• Randomly select assigned rooms to ensure cleanliness.
• Perform opening and closing shift duties.
• Notify GM and/or Chief Engineer of maintenance repairs necessary.
• Monitor cleanliness of hotel including parking lot and exterior entrances.
• Act as Manager on Duty when required.
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business objectives.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of two (2) years in leadership Housekeeping position
• Minimum of High School education, post-high school education preferred

KNO WLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Basic computer skills
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members
