Job summary

High Hampton in Cashiers, NC seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead nightly operations on the PM shift, 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm, ensuring 5-star room standards and guest satisfaction.

You will run daily team reports, coordinate schedules around occupancy, turnovers, and turndowns; supervise room make-ups and inspections; manage stock, assist with checkouts, and support front desk communications. Prior hospitality experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience or equivalent preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills including Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, managers, and team members.
• Basic math skills for scheduling and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day reports for the team and clarify reports, as needed.
• Coordinate housekeeper schedules based on occupancy and turnover.
• Oversee completion of room make-ups, turnovers, and turndowns; perform final inspections.
• Load stock and assist with inventories and supplies stocking.
• Work with front desk on arrivals/changes and support checkouts.

Maintain a positive attitude around all team members, setting the mood for that shift. To inspect make-ups, turn-downs, and cleaned rooms to make sure that the standards have been met.Pay Range: $19.00–$23.00 per hour. Starting compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and other job-related factors.This Housekeeping Supervisor position is for our PM shift, 5:00 pm - 11:00 pm.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
