Responsibilities

• Guest interaction: provide friendly, polite, and professional service to guests throughout the property.
• Guest room preparation: clean, sanitize, and prepare guest rooms to High Hampton standards between stays.
• Stayover and turndown services: perform daily stayovers, bed making, linen replacement, and amenities replenishment.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, team spaces, offices, and bathrooms.
• Clean and sanitize private homes, kitchens, bathrooms, and high-touch surfaces as directed.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, vans, and equipment, ensuring readiness for the next shift.
• Report maintenance, safety, and room condition concerns to management; communicate inventory needs.
• Follow lost and found procedures and notify management and front desk as needed.
• Additional duties as assigned and required.

The housekeeping staff is also responsible for complying with guest requests and assisting other departments when requested to ensure 5-star sThe Housekeeper is responsible for creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests by maintaining guest rooms, cottages, residences, and common areas to High Hampton standards. This position performs room turnovers, stayover and turndown services, linen care, and general housekeeping duties while providing courteous and professional service. The Housekeeper plays an important role in delivering an exceptional guest experience through attention to detail, cleanliness, and care of the property.Pay Range: $16.00–$20.00 per hour.
