Job summary

InTown Suites in Charlotte, NC seeks a Guest Room Supervisor to lead the housekeeping team, set schedules, train staff, and ensure rooms meet brand standards for cleanliness and readiness to sell.

You will protect guest safety, maintain supplies, and reconcile daily paperwork with the General Manager, while delivering superior service in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year housekeeping experience or 6 months supervisory experience in rooms division or related position.
• Knowledge of housekeeping/laundry procedures and techniques.
• Ability to read, speak and write English to interact with guests and staff.
• Ability to manage multiple activities, meet deadlines, and work with time constraints.

• Schedule housekeeping staff based on company needs.
• Ensure rooms and areas meet cleanliness standards and are ready to sell.

The Guest Room Supervisor will set the schedule for the other housekeepers and ensure all housekeepers are performing up to company standards.
