Job summary

The Housekeeping Supervisor at ARK oversees the cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness of the hotel, leading housekeeping and laundry to meet standards and control costs. This role ensures guest rooms and public areas remain spotless while optimizing staffing and supplies.

Responsibilities include inspecting rooms, managing inventory, training staff, and addressing guest concerns promptly to maintain an exceptional stay experience.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and leadership skills with an eye for detail.

• Proficiency in PMS Rooms Management, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Job description

The Housekeeping Supervisor is primarily responsible for ensuring standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness are maintained throughout the hotel. This leader manages the housekeeping and laundry departments efficiently and controls costs by performing the following duties.

Compensation

$18 - $19 hourly
