Job summary

TRAVELODGE/PENNY'S DINER OF BELEN, NM is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations at the hotel and lead a team of room attendants and cleaners. You will develop cleaning schedules, monitor standards, train staff, and coordinate with front desk and management to ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures.

• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate with other departments and management to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest requests and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control standards.
