TRAVELODGE/PENNY'S DINER OF BELEN, NM is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee housekeeping operations, lead and mentor a team, and ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces stay clean and orderly. This role focuses on developing cleaning schedules, training staff, and maintaining quality standards.

You will monitor supplies, coordinate with other departments, handle guest requests professionally, and conduct inspections to uphold service excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping management or leadership role preferred
• Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the housekeeping operations of a hotel or hospitality establishment
