About The Role

Spiegelworld is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor at The Hook within Caesars in Atlantic City. The role involves supervising cleaning staff, maintaining venue cleanliness between shows and during performances, and ensuring guest service standards are met. The position reports to the Venue & Ticketing Manager, is full-time, and pays $24/hour.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and mentoring staff to meet standards and goals.
• Collaborating across departments for a seamless guest experience.
• Participating in our commitment to antiracism and inclusivity.
• Creating a positive work environment.
• Training staff on policies, safety, and service standards.
• Monitoring cleanliness and safety in the venue.
• Responding to biohazard incidents and maintenance needs.
• Ensuring confidentiality and safety procedures are followed.
• Providing excellent guest service and maintaining grooming standards.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum six months experience in a luxury theater, bar, lounge, nightclub, or restaurant; 1 year preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Passion for guest service and ability to work under pressure.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to pass background checks.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours, lift up to 80 lbs, and perform physical tasks required in a high-volume environment.
