FORTH Hotel and Club in Atlanta is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the daily housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

You’ll oversee a team, train staff, coordinate schedules, and collaborate with other departments to meet guest expectations, while maintaining safety and using housekeeping software.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in housekeeping or cleaning role
• Supervisory or leadership experience
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
• Proficiency with housekeeping software and systems
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping activities, including room cleaning, public area maintenance, and laundry operations
• Train, motivate, and mentor the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service
• Conduct inspections to ensure adherence to cleanliness and quality standards
