Job summary

FORTH Hotel and Club in Atlanta is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. You will lead a team of housekeeping staff, oversee daily operations, and ensure a pristine, welcoming environment for our guests.

With 6 months of housekeeping experience and proven supervisory skills, you’ll train and motivate the team, inspect work, manage inventory, and coordinate with other departments to meet guest expectations.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in housekeeping or cleaning role.
• Proven supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual a plus.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• Proficiency with housekeeping software and systems.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping activities, including room cleaning, public area maintenance, and laundry operations.
• Train, motivate, and mentor the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service.
• Conduct inspections to ensure adherence to cleanliness and quality standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet guest expectations and address any issues.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating staff shifts.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
