FORTH Hotel and Club in Atlanta seeks a dynamic Wellness Supervisor to lead our vibrant recreation program. You will plan and coordinate a range of activities—from sports and fitness classes to spa experiences—ensuring guests create memorable moments during their stay.

This role demands high energy, strong leadership, and excellent communication. You will manage a small team, collaborate with other departments, and work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role within wellness or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and the ability to manage a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative in developing engaging recreational programs.
• Knowledge of recreational activities and equipment.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
