Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor for Grand Bohemian Charleston, Autograph Collection in downtown Charleston. You will oversee daily housekeeping operations, supervise staff, and ensure guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months in housekeeping, strong leadership and communication skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role required.
• Supervisory or leadership experience is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual a plus.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• Proficiency with housekeeping software and systems.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping activities, including room cleaning, public area maintenance, and laundry operations.
• Train, motivate, and mentor the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service.
• Conduct inspections to ensure adherence to cleanliness and quality standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet guest expectations and address any issues.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating staff shifts.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
• Uphold safety and sanitation standards, ensuring a healthy work environment.
