Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the wellness or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Creativity and the ability to develop and implement engaging recreational programs.
• Knowledge of various recreational activities and equipment.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
