Your Focus

• Train, schedule, coach, and support associates, ensuring they perform in accordance with established brand or hotel standards and consistent with HHM core values.
• Screen job applicants and hire new employees (if applicable).
• Train staff to clean rooms efficiently according to standards or collaborate with external vendors for training.
• Monitor and communicate guest service scores to drive improvements.
• Manage supplies and equipment for staff.
• Assist with cleaning rooms when needed.
• Address staff performance and behavior issues.
• Supervise laundry employees, if applicable.
• Prepare work schedules based on occupancy forecasts.
• Follow sustainability practices related to HHM’s EarthView program.
• Practice safe work habits, wear protective equipment, and adhere to safety standards.
• Assist in the breakfast area as needed.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Background And Skills

• High School diploma preferred.
• Experience in housekeeping or equivalent training required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
