About the Role

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will ensure guests have a memorable stay by leading a dedicated team, overseeing daily operations, and stepping into the Housekeeping Manager's role when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervisory Skills: Manage daily operations, conduct inspections, and ensure standards and productivity are met.
2. Communication & Leadership: Lead, motivate, and train Room Attendants and House Attendants, fostering a positive work environment.
3. Safety & Compliance: Handle Lost and Found items with integrity, maintain key control, and ensure safety standards, including access to sensitive areas and secure storage.
4. Sanitation & Cleanliness: Maintain high sanitation and cleanliness standards across all facilities and equipment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a hotel or related field.
• High School diploma or equivalent; college coursework is a plus.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
