Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and mentor housekeeping staff on property. You will train, schedule, coach, and ensure adherence to brand standards and HHM values while maintaining high guest satisfaction.

The role requires prior housekeeping experience with supervisory duties preferred, and a commitment to safety and sustainability. Shifts may include holidays and weekends; competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience or equivalent training required.
• Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train, schedule, and coach associates according to HHM standards and brand values.
• Screen applicants and hire new employees where applicable.
• Train staff to clean rooms efficiently per established standards, or coordinate with external vendors for training.
• Be aware of and communicate guest service scores to drive improvements in guest satisfaction.
• Issue cleaning supplies and equipment to associates.
• Occasionally clean rooms or assist staff with cleaning rooms.
• Address performance and behavior concerns via direct intervention or through vendors.
• Supervise laundry employees, if applicable.
• Prepare work schedules for associates or coordinate with vendors for occupancy needs.
• Follow EarthView sustainability guidelines and safety procedures (MSDS/OSHA).
• Assist in the breakfast area as needed.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

Your Focus

• Train, schedule, coach and support associates, ensuring they perform in accordance with established brand or hotel standards and consistent with HHM core values.
• Screen job applicants, and hire new employees (in the event housekeeping associates are HHM employees.)
• Train staff to clean rooms in an efficient manner according to established standards or partner with external vendors to ensure staff is trained properly.

• Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM’s EarthView program.
