The Housekeeping Supervisor will have the opportunity to lead and inspect rooms, ensuring guest rooms are comfortable, inviting, and clean.

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you would be responsible for leading, training, and supervising Room Attendants and Housepersons in the hotel's ongoing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and maintain financial profitability.

1. Lead, train, and supervise Room Attendants and Housepersons on a floor or designated area to ensure all rooms and public areas meet established cleanliness and quality standards.
2. Assess inventory, assign cleaning tasks, and inspect rooms.
3. Verify and report the status and discrepancies of rooms.
4. Monitor stock rooms, carts, and designated inventories.
5. Communicate and coordinate with Engineering/Property Operations to ensure efficient maintenance and repair of items related to guest rooms and public areas.
6. Perform Room Attendant and/or Houseperson duties as needed.
7. Inspect 25 to 80 rooms per day.
8. Clean rooms when necessary.
9. Physically able to move and operate large objects, such as housekeeping carts, furniture, linen bags, vacuum cleaners, and inventory boxes.
10. Knowledge of and ability to operate a computer.
