Description:

Under the direction of the Regional Housekeeping Manager, the Housekeeping Supervisor maintains the quality and cleanliness of the property, supporting Heritage Hotels & Resorts in creating memorable guest experiences.

Supervisory Responsibilities: Housekeeping team members on shift

Responsibilities:

1. Work under the Regional Housekeeping Manager.
2. Maintain a positive, professional approach with staff and guests.
3. Set performance goals aligned with Heritage’s vision.
4. Ensure compliance with safety, legal, operational, and brand policies.
5. Direct team members to meet daily cleaning goals, ensuring rooms are ready by 4:00 PM.
6. Assign duties, inspect work, and report deviations from standards.
7. Coordinate with the front desk about room readiness.
8. Assist in hiring, training, mentoring, and disciplinary actions.
9. Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas.
10. Enforce procedures for lost and found items.
11. Address guest and employee concerns tactfully.
12. Manage linen inventory and storage.
13. Support ongoing training programs.
14. Follow all safety and health regulations, including PPE protocols.
15. Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, and PMS experience.
• Flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift over 40 pounds.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• 1-2 years of hospitality or housekeeping experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree in Management or Hospitality preferred.
