Job summary

Kinsley Power Systems is seeking a guest services associate to handle front desk duties, guest inquiries, and coordination with housekeeping. You will manage phone lines, assist guests, and use hotel software to track room status and service requests.

Role requires flexibility for shifts including nights, weekends and holidays, plus strong clerical and communication skills. Prior housekeeping or hotel guest services experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have basic math, reading, writing and task completion skills.
• Clerical, compiling, coordination, analyzing and problem solving abilities.
• Flexible shifts including holidays, nights and weekends as needed.
• Minimum age of 16 years.

Responsibilities

• Answer all internal and external calls on a multiphone system.
• Greet guests, answer questions, provide directions and information.
• Assist housekeeping regarding guest status and room changes in the system.
• Complete HotSOS requests and dispatch runners; follow up to close requests.
• Coordinate with floor staff to service guest rooms and requests.
• Use multiple software systems including HotSOS, LMS AS400, Outlook and Teams.
• Operate company radio and iPods for workflow efficiency.
• Defer work orders in systems to ensure timely execution by teams.
• Coordinate with outside vendors for onsite tasks such as pest control.
• Track room statuses and update system; mark Out Of Order when needed.
• Maintain organization of Lost and Found items for security handoff.
• Issue and sign out master keys when required.
• Monitor room updates in the system and perform required follow ups.
• Other duties as assigned within scope of position.
