Trinity Trace Community Care Center located in Covington, LA, is seeking Environmental Services Housekeeping Staff to join its care team. The role supports resident comfort by handling laundry, maintaining labeling of clothing, and performing routine cleaning and disinfection of rooms and common areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months of previous experience in environmental services is preferred.
• Knowledge of and use of cleaning devices and washer/dryer equipment.

Responsabilités

• Handle, wash/dry and fold resident laundry and linens & return to owner promptly.
• Ensure that resident personal clothing is properly identified and labeled.
• Cleans and disinfects dirty lavatories, beds, chairs, and equipment.
• Sweeps and mops resident rooms; cleans all rooms as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months of previous experience in environmental services is preferred.
• Knowledge of and use of cleaning devices and washer/dryer equipment.

Other Qualifications

• Has not been excluded from participating in Medicare and Medicaid programs.
• Maintains eligibility to participate in Medicare and Medicaid programs throughout employment.
• Participate in pre-employment and annual Tuberculosis screening.
