Job summary

Tb-Isle-Resort-Lp is seeking a Special Projects Attendant to ensure the cleanliness of guest rooms, focusing on carpet, upholstered furniture, and balcony areas. The role also covers maintaining hallways, stairwells, and closets with supplies while providing professional, service-oriented guest interactions.

This position requires teamwork, adherence to safety rules, and the ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team with minimum supervision.
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs.
• Adhere to safety, rules and company policies.
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling, cleaning techniques and use of equipment/machinery.
• High school diploma; experience in a large hotel environment, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Approach all encounters with guests and team members in a professional, service-oriented manner.
• Comply with standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations.
• Gain knowledge of all hotel services and facilities to be able to answer guests and members’ inquiries.
• Be knowledgeable with Safety Data Sheet specifications.
• Maintain and care for tools and equipment.
• Move furniture from buildings & guest rooms to different locations when required.
• Work dual responsibilities.
• Remove trash and dirty linen from guests’ floors and deliver to basement for laundry pick up, when needed.
• Complete guest requests as assigned within allotted time, as per brand standards.
• Check daily assignment/daily duties.
• Return cleaning supplies/equipment daily.
• Perform any requests given by management.

Scope of PositionThe Special Projects Attendant will ensure the ultimate cleanliness of mainly carpet, upholstered furniture, and balconies of all guest rooms.
