Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a dedicated room attendant to clean guest hallways, linen closets, and supply rooms, ensuring the company’s high standards of cleanliness are met. The job involves lifting up to 150 pounds, pushing heavy carts, and performing routine deep cleaning with various equipment.

Responsibilities include cleaning walls, mirrors, tiles, tables, windows and floors; dusting furniture and ledges; maintaining lobby and restrooms; replenishing amenities; and greeting guests in hallways

Qualifications

• Clean walls, mirrors, tiles, tables, windows and floor surfaces using cloths, mops, sponges, brushes, and/or cleaning agents.
• Dust all furniture, pictures, window ledges, and vending areas thoroughly.
• Maintain cleanliness of public space, i.e.: lobby, public restrooms, offices, elevators and stairways as assigned.
• Push and pull vacuum throughout hallways, empty trash, and remove dirty linen from room attendant’s carts.
• Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies in linen closets, which may require lifting boxes up to 80 pounds.
• Sign for keys, retrieve, push cart weighing up to 150 pounds.
• Visually inspect hallway areas for cleanliness and appearance.
• Must report all repairs or maintenance problems to supervisor.
• Turn in all items found in associate’s working area to the property Lost and Found Department.
• Greeting guests in hallways or in passing, ask if they are enjoying their stay.

Responsibilities

POSITION SUMMARYTo clean guest hallways, linen closets, and provide room attendants with supplies to ensure the company's high standards of cleanliness.EXAMPLES OF DUTIESESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSClean walls, mirrors, tiles, tables, windows and floor surfaces using cloths, mops, sponges, brushes, and/or cleaning agents by extending arms over head, bending and stooping.Strip and/or move furniture which may require lifting bedspreads weighing a maximum of 40 lbs and moving furniture weighting a maximum of 150 pounds.Dust all furniture, pictures, window ledges, and vending areas thoroughly. Maintain cleanliness of public space, i.e.: lobby, public restrooms, offices, elevators and stairways as assigned.Push and pull vacuum throughout hallways, empty trash, and remove dirty linen from room attendant’s carts.Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies in linen closets, which may require lifting boxes up to 80 pounds.Sign for keys, retrieve, push cart weighing up to 150 pounds.
