Rosen Inn International in Orlando is seeking an Engineer (Maintenance Crew) to ensure guest rooms and property are in proper working condition. You will perform repairs and preventative maintenance following company standards and safety regulations.

The role requires at least one year of related experience, strong communication, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a willingness to assist across hotel areas. Rosen Hotels & Resorts is known for its diverse workplace and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of related experience and/or training.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
• Must be able to legally work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair tasks promptly.
• Assigned projects include but are not limited to: troubleshooting or replacing appliances, televisions, light fixtures, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall repair, and painting.
• Respond to room calls and guest requests for repairs efficiently in a professional manner.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines diligently.
• Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards.
• Maintain an accurate and legible logbook of daily activities.
• Perform preventative maintenance based on Rosen Standards.
• Must be willing to assist in all areas as needed, including but not limited to all grounds, public spaces, admin spaces and guest rooms.
• Comply with the company's drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policy.
• All other duties as assigned.

Summary:

The Engineer (Maintenance Crew) will provide outstanding service by performing tasks to ensure the hotel/property/guest rooms are consistently in proper working condition. • Ability to work well as a team in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to lift- up to 50 lbs. consistently and 75 lbs. infrequently.
• Must be able to legally work in the USA.

Education and Certification(s)/License(s):

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
