Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston, seeks a courteous Housekeeping Room Attendant to maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas. You will restock amenities, prepare rooms for turndown, and perform routine cleaning in line with our luxury standards.

The role requires physical mobility and the ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays. The successful candidate will have good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude, contributing to unforgettable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and standards.
• Good communication skills with guests and team members.
• English speaking, reading and writing required.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms and suites following established procedures and Four Seasons standards.
• Restock amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery and pens.
• Prepare rooms for turndown and service occupied or check-out rooms as assigned.
• Work harmoniously with colleagues and supervisors; flexible to weekend, night and holiday shifts.

The Opportunity

Looking for an exciting opportunity to join a world-class team and work in one of Boston's most luxurious hotels? Look no further than the Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street Boston!

We are seeking individuals who are passionate about hospitality and possess a keen attention to detail to join our Housekeeping team as a Housekeeping Room Attendant!

Responsibilities Include (but Are Not Limited To)

• Clean guest rooms and suites following the established procedures and Four Seasons standards.
• Restocks used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery and pens.
• Prepares assigned rooms for turndown guests.
• Performs full Room Attendant duties in occupied rooms and check-out rooms as assigned.
• Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
• Ability to work, weekend, nights and holidays.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications And Skills

• We are looking for individuals who have a knowledge of housekeeping with good communication skills.
• Applicants are required to have physical mobility as lifting, walking, bending and moving objects up to 50 lbs.
• Speaking, writing and reading English is required.
• Positive attitude and willing to learn is must.
• This position requires an applicant with a flexible schedule and the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
