Job Overview

Our Housekeeping Room Attendants are vital in making the first and lasting impressions on our guests by delivering outstanding service through cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests. Their primary goal is to exceed guest expectations, maintain cleanliness to brand standards, and collaborate effectively with team members.

Responsibilities

1. Approach all guest and employee interactions in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
2. Maintain attendance and adhere to scheduling requirements.
3. Replace guest amenities, make beds, and handle linens and trash.
4. Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms, including deep-cleaning tasks.
5. Follow safety standards when handling chemicals.
6. Ensure the cleanliness of equipment and maintain appearance standards.
7. Report lost and found items promptly.
8. Assist with other tasks as directed by management.
