Job Description

What You Will Accomplish

• Anticipate guest expectations
• Clean guest rooms as assigned, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming
• Change and replenish bed linens, towels, and guest amenities as needed
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as required or assigned
• Stock, maintain, and transport housekeeping supply cart daily
• Dispose of trash and recyclables
• Respond to special guest requests promptly and efficiently
• Demonstrate teamwork responsiveness when asked to do any task per Hyatt Place standards
• Be organized and attentive to detail
• Follow all safety practices within the role

• Ability to interact well with all associates and guests
• At least one year of experience in a similar role

Physical Requirements

Must be able to walk, sit, use hands, reach, stoop, kneel, or crouch regularly. Capable of lifting/moving up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently. Vision abilities include close vision, color vision, and focus adjustment. Dexterity needed for operating office and IT equipment.
