Overview
Guest Room Attendants are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms, cottages, and private residences (such as Boat Houses), ensuring they meet hotel standards for comfort and cleanliness.

Responsibilities
- Ensure guest rooms, private residences, and cottages are cleaned according to standards, including stocking linens and guest supplies
- Keep rooms vacuumed, dusted, and sanitized; ensure all fixtures and equipment are in working order
- Manage assigned rooms efficiently, adhering to the Perfect Room Program (PRP)
- Replace linens, remove dirty items, and restock guest amenities
- Assist with guest requests, including delivering items and replenishing supplies
- Inspect and ensure rooms meet quality standards before release
- Perform turndown services and other cleaning duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required
- Availability to work holidays and weekends
- Warm personality with good communication skills
- Self-confident, mature, and capable of managing multiple tasks
- Ability to work independently and handle stressful situations professionally
