Palette Hotels is seeking a Public Areas Attendant to maintain the cleanliness of lobby, mezzanine, and back-of-house public areas. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks while providing friendly guest service.

The position involves cleaning restrooms, polishing surfaces, stocking supplies, and assisting guests. Weekend and holiday availability is required to ensure smooth hotel operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean all restrooms in assigned area.
• Clean and polish all mirrors.
• Ensure paper products are well stocked.
• Check facilities throughout the day for cleanliness and supplies.
• Clean all offices in assigned areas.
• Clean Front Office area.
• Clean back of the house offices.
• Empty trash and recycled material into proper receptacles.
• Vacuum floors and dust furniture.
• Clean elevators, including walls, polish stainless steel, clean mirrors, & mop floors.
• Answer guests questions according to Housekeeping and Front Office directions.
• Clean all miscellaneous rooms in assigned area.
• Ensure that Lobby/Rooms/Public areas are clean and appearance meets cleanliness standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
