Four Seasons is seeking a Public Area Attendant to join our Housekeeping team at the Hawaii resort. You will maintain cleanliness in all public spaces, assist with back-of-house areas, and ensure guest areas uphold Four Seasons’ high standards.

The role emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive, guest-focused attitude in a fast-paced luxury setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and sanitation of public areas throughout the resort. Keep floors, furniture, mirrors, elevators, doors, and other public spaces clean and well-presented.
• Vacuum, dust, sanitize, and remove refuse from designated areas.
• Inspect lobby restrooms regularly to ensure cleanliness and exceptional presentation.
• Replenish restroom supplies, including soap, hand towels, and toilet paper.
• Respond to guest questions and requests with professionalism and genuine hospitality.
• Provide directions and information to guests while maintaining a welcoming presence in public spaces.
• Support Housekeeping operations by assisting House Attendants and Room Attendants during periods of high business demand.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and Four Seasons standards and procedures.
• Foster positive working relationships with team members and leaders across the resort.

PUBLIC AREA ATTENDANT

We are seeking a dedicated Public Area Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. This role plays an important part in creating a welcoming and pristine environment throughout the resort by ensuring all public spaces, restrooms, and back‑of‑house areas are impeccably maintained.

The ideal candidate is reliable, detail‑oriented, and takes pride in creating clean, comfortable spaces that enhance the guest experience.

What You’ll Do
