Job summary

MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking a Director of Housekeeping to oversee resort sites in the Truckee, CA area. You will provide leadership, drive quality and timeliness, manage budgets, and develop Associates while maintaining strong relationships with resort management and vendors.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to recruit, onboard, train, and retain top talent. This is a hands-on leadership position within a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of progressive responsibility in housekeeping operations with successful mega site responsibility.
• Proven track record of driving strong performance and key field operations metrics.
• Outstanding leadership skills with ability to train talent and effect change.
• Strong written, verbal communication and client-facing skills.
• English language skills with Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor KPIs for Quality, Timeliness and Budget and drive site team to targets.
• Maintain active recruiting strategy and staffing levels.
• Oversee onboarding, training and retention programs for team members.
• Interview, onboard and train Executive Housekeepers and staff.
• Manage performance of management team and ensure safe working environment.
• Communicate company objectives to management and build relationships with resort staff.
• Develop a customer-first culture and represent MasterCorp with clients.
