MasterCorp, Inc. seeks a Director of Housekeeping to lead resort sites within the assigned division.

You will oversee operations, drive quality, timeliness, and budget adherence while building strong relationships with resort management and vendors. This role requires strategic leadership, talent development, and hands-on oversight of housekeeping teams to ensure a premier guest experience and alignment with company values.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of progressive responsibility in housekeeping operations with successful mega site responsibility.
• Associate’s Degree in a field directly related to this position or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A proven track record of driving strong performance and key field operations metrics.
• Outstanding leadership skills. Inspiring interpersonal effectiveness to lead teams, train talent and effect change.
• Strong writing, verbal presentation, and client facing skills.
• Language Skills: Effective written and verbal English communication, bilingual Spanish a plus.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor site housekeeping operations to meet quality, timeliness and budget targets.
• Oversee recruiting strategy and staffing levels at the site.
• Develop onboarding, training and retention programs for team members.
• Interview, onboard, and train Executive Housekeepers and staff.
• Coach and develop management team; evaluate and discipline as needed.
• Maintain a safe working environment and enforce safety practices.
• Coordinate transportation strategy and vehicle safety at the site.
• Communicate company objectives to the management team.
• Foster relationships with resort management and clients.
