Job summary

The Housekeeping Manager at OTH Hotels Resorts oversees daily housekeeping operations across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to consistently meet cleanliness, safety, and brand standards.

This leadership role supervises supervisors and staff, coordinates scheduling and payroll, monitors inventory and expenses, and partners with Front Office and Maintenance to ensure timely room readiness and an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Hospitality Management degree or equivalent preferred.
• 3–5+ years of housekeeping experience with supervisory/management responsibilities in a hotel or resort.
• Property-based role with no travel requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations across rooms and public areas.
• Lead supervisors, room attendants, and support staff; manage schedules and attendance.
• Maintain brand standards; perform regular inspections of guest rooms and spaces.
• Manage inventory of linens, uniforms, and cleaning supplies; monitor expenses.
• Respond to guest requests and VIP amenities with timely, courteous service.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation compliance across the property.
