Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not always required).
• Experience: Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Travel: No travel required; position is fully property-based.

Responsibilities

• Public Area Cleaning: Clean and maintain lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and meeting spaces.
• Housekeeping Support: Deliver linens, towels, and supplies; remove dirty linens and trash.
• Room Assistance: Prepare rooms for arrival and restock supplies; respond to requests.
• Guest Interaction: Respond to guest requests politely and professionally.
• Maintenance Reporting: Report issues to maintenance and ensure equipment is ready.
